Terms and conditions

1. The Agreement

The agreement between the buyer and the seller consists of these terms and conditions of sale, information provided in the ordering solution, and any separately agreed terms. In the event of any conflict between the information, specifically agreed terms shall prevail, provided they do not conflict with mandatory legislation.
The agreement is supplemented by relevant laws, including the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the E-commerce Act, and the Personal Data Act.

 

2. The Parties

Hereinafter referred to as the “seller.”

The buyer is the person who places the order, hereinafter referred to as the “buyer.”

 

3. Price

All prices are stated in [NOK] and include value added tax (VAT) where required by law.
The stated price is the total price the buyer shall pay, including all taxes and any additional costs stated before the order is placed.

 

4. Conclusion of the Agreement

The agreement is binding when the buyer has submitted their order and received an order confirmation from the seller.
The seller reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious errors, such as typographical errors in price or product information.

 

5. Payment

Payment is made through the payment methods offered in the online store.
The purchase amount is reserved at the time of ordering and charged when the order is processed.
The seller uses secure third-party payment providers to process payments.

 

6. Production and Delivery

All products are produced on demand through a third-party production and fulfillment partner.
Production time is normally 2–7 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on the delivery address and carrier.
Delivery is considered completed when the buyer, or the buyer’s representative, has received the product.
If no delivery time is specified, the product will be delivered within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days after the order, unless otherwise agreed.

 

7. Risk of the Product

The risk of the product passes to the buyer when the product has been delivered to the buyer or the buyer’s representative.

 

8. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day after the product is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing within the deadline.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the same condition as received. The buyer covers the return costs unless otherwise agreed or the product is defective.
The seller will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned product or documentation of the return.

 

9. Delay or Non-Delivery

If the seller does not deliver the product within the agreed time, and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer’s side, the buyer may, in accordance with applicable law:

  • Withhold payment

  • Demand delivery

  • Cancel the agreement

  • Claim compensation

Claims should be submitted in writing.

 

10. Defects in the Product

If the product has a defect, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.
The buyer has the right to:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Price reduction

  • Cancellation of the purchase

  • Compensation

in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act.
The complaint period is a minimum of 2 years.

 

11. Seller’s Rights in Case of Buyer’s Breach

If the buyer does not pay or fulfill their obligations, the seller may:

  • Withhold the product

  • Demand payment

  • Cancel the agreement

  • Claim compensation

in accordance with applicable law.

 

12. Warranty

Any warranties are provided in addition to the buyer’s rights under applicable law and do not limit the buyer’s statutory rights.

 

13. Personal Data

The seller processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Personal data is used only to complete orders, deliver products, and provide customer service.
Information may be shared with third-party providers when necessary to deliver the service, such as production, delivery, and payment.

14. Dispute Resolution

Complaints must be directed to the seller within a reasonable time.
The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
